Notre Pouilly Fuissé « Les Croux » est produit sur une parcelle de chardonnay de 1 hectare. La vigne pousse sur un coteau argilo-calcaire, exposé ouest, idéalement placé au pied de la roche de Vergisson, voisine de la célèbre roche de Solutré. Vinifié de manière traditionnelle et élevé en fût de chêne français de 600 litres afin de préserver le terroir et l’authenticité du Chardonnay.
